Which Treatment Is Best?

Only a handful of studies have compared the effectiveness of individuals treatment with group weight loss treatments. One such study found group weight loss treatment to be more effective than individual treatment (Kingsley RG and Wilson GT. Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology 1997; 45:288–298).
